I design and deliver tailored Early Years Training Courses to help nurseries and practitioners improve practice and meet the requirements of the EYFS.

Each course can be as short as one staff meeting, or could be an extended series of training and coaching sessions with nursery staff.

Each course is tailored to to the specific requirements of the setting and practitioners so each course is unique. However the first step is always to listen to the concerns of the owner, managers and staff. This can be via informal chats, done unobtrusively throughout the working day, via formalised questionnaires or in a general staff meeting.

The training content and approach is chosen to suit the nursery or setting. This ensures each course accurately meets everyone’s requirements.
