My work is based on my years of personal experience working in nurseries and schools myself, and on my time mentoring and coaching other professionals – as well as assessing/moderating and mentoring for the EYP status and tutoring undergraduates.

In all my work, my goal is to tailor my approach to the unique needs of the individual and the setting. In that way I make sure that my courses are 100% value-added to attendees – and my coaching focuses on the real areas of need for the coachee.
